Sustainable Architecture

  MISSION

Sustainable architecture is a type of architecture that, during both project design and its implementation, considers and gives priority to energy efficiency, environmental impact reduction, improvement of health, comfort and quality of the users/residents’ use by integrating in the building the appropriate technological structures.

This business area aims at:

- competing in the market of sustainable architecture services and, in particular, on the architectural integration of sustainable technologies during construction phase;

- Developing and promoting projects and initiatives in the filed of sustainable architecture, creating an “avant garde’“ technique oriented to innovation and sustainability in the construction field;

- Support and promote industrial research activities in the field, developing Know-how and market-oriented products.

  SERVICES

Technical –economic compliance assessments and feasibility studies for works, plants and systems producing energy using renewable resources, for both existing and new buildings or works.

Project design of integrated photovoltaic plants with special regards to the architectural integration of technologies and plans within existing structures.

Project design of landscaping plans for non integrated photovoltaic plants.

Project design of bioclimatic buildings.

Studies and research for the valorisation of energy efficiency technologies and energy production from renewable sources in the building sector.

Pre-design phase, project final and executive design, works management and testing of civil works and plants necessary for setting up renewable energy power plants.

Management as main contractor of programmes implementing photovoltaic plants.
